Requesting a print quote

Sending a design to us is a request, not an order — nothing is charged and nothing goes on press until we come back with a final price and a proof and you say go. Prices shown while designing are estimates from our standard price list (Business cards, A5 flyers).

You can withdraw a request yourself, free, any time before we have accepted it and moved it into production. Once it is with the print team, call or email us and we will sort it out — cancelling a job after stock has been cut is not always possible.

Payment for a print job is arranged on delivery or collection, not online.

Buying a design file

Buying a design as a download is a different product from a print quote: you pay online first, and the file unlocks the moment payment is confirmed. Because it is generated to your exact details the moment you pay, a completed download is not refundable — check the preview carefully before paying. If payment did not go through cleanly on our end, contact us with your reference and we will sort it out.
